Meal Preparation
All meals are prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen and in accordance with applicable food safety practices as determined by the Independent Operator.
Meals are partially prepared unless otherwise stated and are intended to be stored frozen until ready to be cooked or reheated.
Storage and Handling
Upon pickup or delivery, meals must be promptly stored in the freezer unless the meal's instructions state otherwise.
Once meals have been picked up, delivered, or otherwise transferred to the customer, the customer assumes responsibility for proper storage, handling, thawing, and preparation.
The Independent Operator is not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, handling, thawing, or preparation after the meals leave the Independent Operator's possession or control.
Cooking Instructions
Each meal includes or is accompanied by meal-specific cooking or reheating instructions.
Customers are responsible for following all provided instructions carefully to help ensure food safety and quality.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that all meals, especially those containing meat, poultry, seafood, or eggs, are cooked or reheated thoroughly and to safe internal temperatures.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
The Independent Operator may attempt to accommodate certain allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences when requested.
However, the Independent Operator cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
Customers with severe allergies or specific dietary concerns must notify the Independent Operator before placing an order and should use appropriate caution when consuming any meal.
The customer accepts responsibility for evaluating whether a meal is appropriate for their dietary needs and circumstances.
Delivery and Pickup
Pickup is the default method of transfer unless delivery is specifically offered by the Independent Operator and selected by the customer.
For pickup orders, the customer must collect the meals at the designated time and location.
If the customer fails to pick up the meals as scheduled, the Independent Operator is not responsible for any resulting loss, spoilage, decline in quality, or other damage.
If delivery is offered and selected, meals will be delivered to the address provided during the order process.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the meals at the time of delivery.
If no one is available to receive the meals, the meals may be left at the delivery location if permitted by the Independent Operator, and the customer assumes responsibility for their safety, condition, and proper storage from that point forward.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of freezer meals, all sales are final once the order is placed, payment is made, and the meals are assembled or prepared for fulfillment.
Order cancellations must be made at least five days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
No refund, credit, or replacement will be required for cancellations made fewer than five days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
If a meal is unsatisfactory or another issue arises, the customer must notify the Independent Operator within 24 hours after pickup or delivery.
The Independent Operator may, in its sole discretion, offer a refund, credit, replacement, or other resolution.
Liability
The Independent Operator is not liable for illnesses, injuries, losses, or other damages arising from improper storage, handling, thawing, reheating, preparation, or consumption of meals after pickup, delivery, or transfer to the customer.
Customers agree to follow all applicable food safety guidance, including freezer storage, safe thawing practices, and proper cooking or reheating.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to disclaim liability to the extent such liability cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
Privacy
The Independent Operator values your privacy.
Personal information collected during the order process will be used for order fulfillment, customer communication, and related business purposes.
The Independent Operator will not sell or share personal information with third parties except as reasonably necessary to operate the business, fulfill the order, process payment, provide requested services, or as required by law.
Changes to Terms
The Independent Operator may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Any updated Terms and Conditions will apply upon posting to the applicable website or otherwise being made available to customers.
Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter the terms applicable to orders already completed unless required by law.
