Our Story
Hi, I’m Olivia!
I’m a mom to four energetic little boys, a certified nutritionist, a homeschool mom, and the founder of GoodMeals.
5 Facts About Me:
-
I absolutely love Utah. I was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, but Utah County is something straight out of a movie. Raising my boys here is a dream!
-
I worked as a certified nutritionist, personal trainer, health coach, and corporate wellness program director for over a decade before I became a stay-at-home-mom. Plus, I have a BS in Exercise & Wellness from BYU! My education and career have really shaped the way I care for and feed my own family today.
-
Peanut butter and chocolate is my favoriteeee.
-
Planning meals, grocery shopping, and cooking dinner every day is the bane of my existence. I have so many other things I would rather do! That’s why I adore healthy freezer meals that actually taste good. Being able to pull a meal from the freezer, toss it in the Instant Pot (with no thawing!), and have dinner handled is a literal lifesaver.
-
Entrepreneurship runs in my family! My dad owned and ran his own business for over 40 years, and I started working there when I was 8 years old. Those years of experiences with him sparked a love of business that has stayed with me ever since. I love building something I am passionate about and sharing that hands-on business experience with my kids!
My ‘Why’:

In 2020, I had just had my second son and was juggling a newborn, a toddler, and working over 50 hours per week from home during the COVID pandemic. I felt like I was drowning.
In an effort to help, my mom sent me freezer meals from InstaFresh Meals, and they were not only delicious and nourishing, but a godsend. Every time I put one in my instant pot and had a warm meal ready a short time later, it felt like a comforting hug.
Thankfully, I’m on the other side of that challenging postpartum experience, but life is still wonderfully busy. Between juggling homeschooling, activities, sports, housework, and all the fun, beautiful chaos that comes with raising a family, these freezer meals continue to save my sanity. Every time our family gathers around the table to enjoy one, it still feels like that same comforting hug.
I want to help other busy moms feel that ‘comforting hug’ in the form of family dinner that’s done for them.
No prepping. No planning. No thawing. No cooking. Just wholesome, delicious meals that take about a minute of effort before your Instant Pot or slow cooker does the rest.
That’s why I started GoodMeals.

Every Good Meals recipe is chosen with busy families in mind. We focus on meals that are nourishing, flavorful, affordable, and family-friendly because I know firsthand what it’s like to need dinner on the table fast.
My hope is that Good Meals gives you a little more breathing room, a little less stress, and a little more time with your family.
Good nutrition. Good flavor. Good Meals.
From one busy mom to another, I’m so glad you’re here. Welcome to GoodMeals.
