Our Story

Hi, I’m Olivia!

I’m a wife, a mom to four amazing, energetic little boys, a homeschool mom, a certified nutritionist and personal trainer, and the founder of Good Meals.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s that feeding a family can be one of the most rewarding—and one of the most exhausting—parts of motherhood. Planning and making dinner feels like one more thing on an already overflowing to-do list.

That’s exactly why Good Meals exists!

Our goal is simple: create meals that are wholesome, delicious, affordable, and easy enough to make even on your busiest days.

Get to Know Me!

❤️ I absolutely love Utah. Although I was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Utah County stole my heart. Raising my boys here feels like something straight out of a movie.

🥦 Health and nutrition have always been a huge part of my life. Before becoming a stay-at-home mom, I spent more than a decade working as a Certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Corporate Wellness Program Director. I also earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Wellness from BYU. Those experiences continue to shape the way I feed and care for my own family today!

🥜 Peanut butter and chocolate is my all-time favorite combination.

🍽️ Meal planning is my least favorite household chore. That’s why I fell in love with freezer meals that actually taste good. Being able to pull a meal from the freezer, toss it into the Instant Pot (without thawing!) or slow cooker, and let dinner take care of itself feels almost magical.

💛 Entrepreneurship is in my blood. My dad owned and operated his own business for over 40 years, and I started helping him when I was just eight years old. Watching him build something he loved inspired me to do the same, and now I love sharing that entrepreneurial spirit with my own boys!

My Why

In 2020, I had just welcomed my second son and I was caring for a newborn, chasing a toddler, and working more than 50 hours a week from home during the COVID pandemic.

To say I felt overwhelmed would be an understatement.

Wanting to help, my mom sent me a box of freezer meals.

It might sound simple, but those meals became so much more than dinner.

Every time I pulled one from the freezer, placed it in my Instant Pot, and sat down with my family to enjoy a warm, nourishing meal, it felt like a comforting hug. It was one less decision to make, one less thing to worry about, and one more opportunity to just be present with my family.

I’ll never forget that feeling!

Today, life looks different, but it’s still wonderfully busy and freezer meals continue to rescue dinner at our house on a regular basis.

And every single time they do, I remember how much those meals meant to me during one of the hardest seasons of my life.

I started Good Meals because I want other families to experience that same sense of relief. I want busy moms to feel like someone is taking one thing off their plate, and I want dinner to feel less stressful!

Just pull a meal from the freezer, let your Instant Pot or slow cooker do the work, and enjoy a delicious dinner with the people you love.

My hope is that Good Meals gives you a little more breathing room, a little less stress, and a little more time for what matters most.

Because sometimes the greatest gift isn’t just dinner…It’s having one less thing to think about.

Good nutrition. Good flavor. Good Meals.

From one busy mom to another, thank you for being here. It’s an honor to serve your family!
